Hybrid AR Collateral Records Tech presso Security Service

Collateral Records Tech performs a variety of data tasks in the Asset Recovery department. Collaborates with other departments including Risk, Account Services, Member Service and the Member Contact Center to proficiently process member and department requests. Communicate member impact or direct further maintenance of member accounts. Responds to routed calls initiated in the call center and in person requests at service centers. Communicates with other financial Institutions, auto dealerships and various State DMV’s for member records, title and title exchange requests. Ensures converted records adhere to regulatory and SSFCU documents retention standards. Assist with incoming, sorted and escalated issues with titles. Completes routine related to release of liens, title exchange, duplicate title requests. Completes research requests from other departments, members and third-party agencies. Assists in complex issues troubleshooting and discrepancies within title document processing.
