We’re hiring for a Coater role at our Temecula, CA location, where you’ll be hands-on in prepping, painting, and assembling high-quality window and door products. 💰 Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly pay: $21.50
• Start time: 5:00 AM
• Shifts: 8–12 hours with mandatory overtime
• On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities

• Mask and prep window and door units for coating
• Disassemble and reassemble units (up to 100 lbs – team lift supported!)
• Scrape, coat, and package finished products
• Work collaboratively with a team of 500+ professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• 1–2 years of painting or manufacturing experience 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo / 100 lbs with a teammate
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
