Job Overview


Support Region and Field teams by evaluating reporting, distributing reporting around PM Service programs. Ensure maintenance of dealer agreements, performance, standards, people and processes are supported.


Responsibilities

• Serve as the program manager for a variety of Service Programs, including, but not limited to, Express Service, Mobile Service, Mystery Shop, Service Your Way, BotB programs, etc.  
• Responsibilities include managing dealer enrollments, ensuring contractual agreements and addenda are properly administered and maintained, including alignment with other departments such as Legal and IT and program vendors.  
• Ensure program reporting is maintained and distributed to Region/Field as appropriate.  
• Develop and coordinate materials/information/presentations for, but not limited to, GM, DM, Region, Dealer and Germany meetings. 
• Serve as point person for creating Power Point presentations. 
• Act as MBUSA point person for PM Service-related programs and support our field team, Fixed Operations Development Managers and program vendors. 
• Evaluate and determine dealer financial responsibility for particular programs, review and submit billing, calculate and process any dealer incentives.


Qualifications


• Accredited school, 4 year degree
• Must have 5-7 years (total) of relevant work experience. 
• Proficient knowledge in process and procedures, customer service interactions, analytical skills and data analytics.  
• Proficient knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.  
• Proficient knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
