This position and its compensation amount is contingent upon sufficient funding, ability to satisfy public health standards as determined by the District using guidance from the Governor's Office, the Oregon Health Authority and other public health authorities. This information may or may not be known prior to the selected candidate being hired to fill this position. Changes in compensation for some positions may be subject to discussions with NCEA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction and supervision of the Athletic Director and/or Assistant Principal, the Unified Sports Coach shall create an educational and inclusive environment for students while promoting high standards of character, integrity, civility, and citizenship.
Unified coaches will support individual and team development of prosocial behaviour, self-confidence, and self-esteem through activities that promote physical activity and cooperation.
This assignment is for the 2025-2026 school year. Days and Hours for position will vary depending on the activity.
JOB GROUP:
- FF - pay range: $3,233 - $4,115 (if practice occurs after school)
or - GG - pay range: $2,352 - $3,233 (if practice occurs during a period of the school day)
