Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced and mission-focused Collection PDP Facilitator to support operational training requirements in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining courses on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection operations and management. Training efforts will align with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards and support operational-level ISR coordination within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AoR). This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, instruct, and update comprehensive ISR and collections training courses for all learning levels from introductory to expert
- Instruct topics including collection requirements, collection operations, and collection management, using the task, collect, process, exploit, and disseminate (TCPED) model
- Facilitate training in multi-discipline collection management processes that align intelligence needs with national, theater, and operational collection capabilities
- Address GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and other collection disciplines in course material tailored to INDOPACOM operational challenges
- Bridge tactical, theater, and national collection asset coordination, including allied resource collaboration
- Train students on collection management tools and systems such as the Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise and Geospatial Information Management Services
- Ensure instructional content remains aligned with current mission priorities and training standards
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience conducting, leading, and managing ISR and collection management operations
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing curricula and instructing ISR and Collection Management courses, with emphasis on National, Theater, and Tactical levels
- Certified instructor with proven experience delivering training in the INDOPACOM theater
- 15 or more years of DoD or military experience, including operational or strategic assignments in the INDOPACOM AoR
- Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
- DoD Collection Management certification
- Experience with DIA Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Current/active certification under DIA’s Instructor Certification Standards (Certified Instructor)
