The Role
We are seeking a skilled and driven Supply Planning Lead to take ownership of translating customer and commercial demand into clear, executable supply plans across a regional network. This role plays a critical part in aligning strategic plans with site-level scheduling, enabling strong performance, capacity utilisation, and service delivery.
This is a key opportunity for a confident planner with experience in FMCG environments to lead continuous improvement and collaboration between demand, procurement, and operations.

- Proven experience in production or supply planning within FMCG or fast-moving environments
- Strong Excel and data interpretation skills
- Ability to adapt plans based on real-time business changes or opportunities
- A collaborative approach, with confidence working across functions (planning, procurement, operations)
- Understanding of operational capacities and the impact of demand variability
- Drive for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and performance
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with a proactive mindset

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, informed supply plans for the region you support
- Collaborate with site planning and operations teams to overcome capacity constraints and improve line efficiencies
- Understand and track run rates, product specifications, provenance, and welfare requirements at site level
- Act as the link between demand planning, procurement, and daily site scheduling, ensuring upstream and downstream alignment
- Partner with procurement teams to plan effectively for meat, ingredients, packaging, and logistics resources
- Continuously review planning systems and processes, identifying CI opportunities to drive efficiency and performance
- Support site schedulers with plan vs actual feedback and improve forecasting accuracy, including yields and trim/residuals
- Enhance internal material supply quality, supporting improved demand alignment and carcass/grade utilisation
- Build capability across planning pillars and support cross-team understanding and development
