Hybrid Investments Controllership Support presso RGP

Roles exist in the following different, but intertwined, areas.  Life Insurance or Reinsurance experience is a must.Controllership Functions:Lead financial close, reporting, and analysis activities for corporate subsidiaries and alternative investments.Ensure accurate financial results and intercompany reconciliations.Support compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards (GAAP and statutory).Partner with operations, investment management, and technology teams to ensure seamless data integration and system alignment.Securities & Derivatives Accounting:Oversee accounting for corporate investments including equities, alternatives, and derivatives.Define and validate end-to-end accounting processes for transactions, valuations, impairments, and hedge accounting.Ensure systems and processes support accurate financial and regulatory reporting.Drive transformation initiatives and business readiness through documentation, training, and stakeholder alignment.Investment Analytics & Credit Reporting:Conduct financial analysis and monitor credit exposure across investment portfolios.Prepare dashboards and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.Support internal and regulatory reporting requirements for both CIF and non-CIF portfolios.Governance & Transformation:Contribute to governance initiatives within Investment Controllership.Align new processes with internal controls and support adoption through training and documentation.Collaborate with project teams to validate business requirements and support system implementations.
