Description
Odyssey Relocation Management is seeking a Relocation Associate with a strong customer service bias for its Mission Viejo, CA or Maple Grove, MN office. This position is designed to provide the individual exposure to Odyssey Relocation and the Relocation Management industry.
This Relocation Associate will be under the direction of the Global Operations Associate Team Lead. The successful candidate will have broad experience over a range of administrative and office management skills with a focus on, organization, leadership, and self-direction. This position will provide the individual opportunities to collaborate with multiple departments while contributing to Odyssey’s success in a variety of projects and tasks.

Relocation Operations Responsibilities
Relocation Consultant Support
- Assist Consultant
’s with various data entry assignments. - Support Consultants with document processing.
- Send communications on behalf of relocation consultants as needed.
- Provide coverage assistance for Relocation Consultants who are out of the office.
- Coordinate interview travel arrangements for clients relocating employee candidates as needed.
- Process and notate travel invoices.
- Support Consultants with special projects as needed.
Relocation File Management
- Review and assign new authorizations to designated consultants.
- Client authorization order entry into Odyssey’s database system.
- Process relocation documents received on behalf of relocation consultants.
- Update Odyssey’s database system with new information as needed.
- Collecting only necessary data, securely storing sensitive information, and exercising caution when sharing to prevent breaches and maintain client trust.
- Follow company policies on data access, handling, and storage while ensuring compliancy with other relevant data privacy regulations.
Relocation Operations Manager Support
- Assist with bi-weekly and monthly client travel tracking audits.
- Complete and process operational forms.
- Financial tracking of corporate card usage.
- File review and audit.
- Support Operations Managers with special projects as needed.
- Relocation reporting.
Business Support Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Maintain a professional and positive reception area.
- Phone response team lead.
- Receive and accept deliveries.
- Receive visitors.
HR Support
- New hire onboarding assistance.
- Support recruiting assistance.
- Calendar employee trainings.
Office Management Support
- Act as a frontline liaison between Odyssey and Building Management.
- Calendar Management and meeting coordination.
- Mail Management – FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipment guru.
- Meeting coordination.
- Office visit preparation for clients, partners, and vendors.
- Responsible for inventory of office supplies.
Technology Project Support
- Attend and scribe during meetings with tech partners.
- Beta test new tools and programs for the company.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this entry-level position ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on job-related skills, experience, and work location. This role may also be eligible for benefits and other incentives. The stated range reflects the minimum and maximum for new hires in the listed locations, with the final offer determined by multiple factors.

Requirements
Experience Desired:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the relocation services or customer service industry.
