Description
Rosemark at Mayfair Park, one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, is seeking a line cook to work in our on-site from scratch kitchens. You will be responsible for prepping and cooking made to order meals for residents and guests. This is a part-time position, Friday and Saturday availability required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food according to the menu under the direction of the Executive Chef
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes
- Communicates frequently and professionally with other line cooks, chef, managers, and front of house team members
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation standards
- Ensures all food in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage are labeled and dated
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen experience
- Requires knowledge of special diets
- Current ServSafe certification preferred
- Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$21.50 - $23.00 an hour, based on experience
