Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter based in India to support our hiring needs across global markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier candidates across various departments. This is a key role with room for long-term growth, leadership opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in sales, operations, tech, and admin
- Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist strong profiles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain detailed records using ATS or hiring platforms
- Help improve hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines
- Represent Lytegen’s culture and values in all communication
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (BPO, SaaS, or solar background is a plus)
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Passionate about helping people and building high-performing teams
