Description
The Anthem Operations Manager is responsible for oversight and improvement of daily systems, operations, and functions of programming within the Telos Transition (Anthem) program.
- Oversee daily operations of Anthem House programming, including
- Oversight of vehicle needs
- Completing house searches
- Completing house supplies shopping
- Manage student allowance weekly
- Manage house systems and functions
- Code monthly staff budget
- Track chores systems for quality and completion
- Maintain oversight of student safety
- Assist with school preparation
- Coordinate and/or provide rides for students
- Ensure smooth and streamlined operations (planning, budgeting, logistics)
- Work 2 scheduled shifts per week with students as a part of the residential team
- Assist Anthem Director as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Highly organized
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to be assertive and proactive
- Thorough communication skills
- Interpersonal skills that influence teenage boys
- Available to work on Sundays
- Willingness to be on-call
- Cooking experience
- Experience working with contractors preferred
- Fine eye for detail
- Multitasking skills
- Understanding of nutrition
