Schedule

Monday- Friday 08:00 am-5:00 pm 

Responsibilities:

The Shipping & Receiving/Warehouse Assistant is responsible for contributing to the success of the company by expediting & documenting the flow of incoming & outgoing shipments in a professional process that is efficient, accurate & in compliance with all safety processes. Other duties may include but are not limited to:

Receiving and posting all parts from manufacturers and outside vendors

Shelving and locating parts in our Document Management System

Processing Cores and Warranty Return Parts

Maintain clean warehouse and work area

Pulling and delivering parts to Technicians 

Processing daily cycle counts

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Computer experience

Warehouse experience (preferred but required)

High school diploma or equivalent required

Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory

Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and other information

Mathematical skills; ability to use a calculator

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
