Hybrid Executive Director Specialist presso Kisco Senior Living

Job Summary

The Executive Director Specialist at Kisco Senior Living provides short-term, on-site leadership at Kisco communities, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong team performance, and a high-quality resident experience. This role supports communities in transition and reinforces Kisco standards, systems, and values.

Must be willing to live or relocate to a Kisco Market: Southern California, Bay Area, Raleigh, Colorado, or DC/Maryland

Key Responsibilities

• Lead community operations in the absence of an Executive Director.

• Support department heads in meeting operational and financial goals.

• Analyze budgets and drive financial performance.

• Resolve resident and staff concerns promptly.

• Onboard and support new Executive Directors.

• Assist with training and development of community staff.

• Collaborate with Home Office for support and reporting.

• Drive occupancy through marketing efforts.

• Promote and ensure adherence to Kisco policies and values.

• Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements.

• Conduct reviews and audits as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 5+ years of management experience; 3+ years in senior living.

• Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing budgets.
