Job Summary: We are on the hunt for seasoned Senior Software Engineers specializing in NetSuite systems to play a pivotal role in AI Model Training. This vital position is ideal for a developer eager to fuse their advanced coding acumen with the development of groundbreaking AI models. Key Responsibilities: • Develop AI training content through designing and composing detailed coding prompts and responses. • Optimize AI performance by evaluating and ranking AI outputs to improve coding accuracy. • Ensure model integrity by testing AI models for errors and biases to validate their applicability. • Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to drive innovation in AI model development. • Document and communicate findings to enhance AI learning processes. • Provide insights into programming languages to support AI model training. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience with the NetSuite system. • Extensive knowledge of the NetSuite platform, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder. • Experience with NetSuite ERP modules such as financials, CRM, supply chain, and inventory management. • Proficient in written and verbal communication with a C1 level of English proficiency. • Strong analytical skills with a commitment to precision and detail. • Ability to produce high-quality work independently. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in AI model training or development. • Familiarity with machine learning environments and tools.
