Job Description
60% - Content Coding
- Apply established codes to assigned digital content from social media and online news sources. Coding will be conducted in person, following project guidelines and timelines. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for maintaining coding reliability.
30% - Training and Preparation
- Participate in in-person training sessions alongside fellow team members and the project supervisor. Training will cover how to apply a predefined coding scheme using a provided codebook. Students must demonstrate proficiency and consistency in applying codes before beginning independent work.
10% - Ongoing Communication and Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with the project supervisor and team as needed to clarify coding questions, address issues, and ensure consistent application of procedures throughout the project.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to accurately interpret both Spanish and English content as indicated in application materials.
