Because of the integrated nature of transportation problems in rural and tribal communities, this position will likely require working with organizations like the Oklahoma County Commissioners Association (OCCA). The Coordinator will work closely with undergraduate and graduate students to enhance their educational experience through hands-on, real-life projects with tribal and rural community-based industries as part of SPTC%27s Transportation Regional Internship Program, outreach, and technology transfer activities.
