Jukebox Health is on a mission to help older adults and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently at home. We specialize in home modifications such as grab bars, stairlifts, accessible bathroom remodels, and other essential adaptations that enhance safety and mobility.
We are looking for an experienced General Contractor in the Cleveland, OH region to join our network. The ideal candidate is licensed, insured, and skilled in creating itemized bids, securing permits (if required), and executing high-quality home modification projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs.
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives.
- Complete high-quality home modifications, including but not limited to:
- Grab bar and rail installations
- Walk-in shower and bathroom modifications
- Ramps and stairlifts
- Widening doorways
- Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Licensed and Insured
- Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects
- Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred)
