Requirements:
To be seriously considered for this role, you’ll need to have:
Educational or Formal Training: Masters level degree in one of the recognized mental health professions. Fluency in Spanish preferred; English required.
Experience: Experience in providing services across the lifespan in a variety of outpatient settings. Proficient conducting diagnostic evaluations to establish differential diagnosis and treatment plans. Prefer 1-2 years’ experience as a supervisor.
Licenses: Colorado State License required (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage Family Therapy). Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license within thirty days of hire.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct and document weekly to monthly supervision
- Engage in training and supervise for exceptional performance
- Work cooperatively and constructively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws
- Comply with policies and procedures of GVH and State Behavioral Health Administration
- Actively engage in staff meetings, leadership meetings, and relevant trainings as needed
- Responsible for performance evaluations and employee corrective actions with support of HR and Director
- Responsible for data collection and reporting to director and community stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong interagency relationships locally and statewide
- Provide direct clinical services when needed
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally (1-33%) - Standing, walking, change position, reaching, reach across midline, crouching/stooping, stairs, lifting 0-20 lbs, carrying (0-20 lbs), pushing/pulling (20-50 lbs)
Frequently (34-66%) - Sitting, handling, pinching
Continuously (37-100%) - Must be able to see with corrective eyewear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance
Compensation: $33.71 - $42.14/hr, depending on experience.
