About Us

Join a thriving fabric wholesaler at the heart of the upholstery and design trades! At Greenhouse Fabrics, we bring innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional service to every yard of fabric we distribute. We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Project Coordinator to help keep our operations seamless and efficient.

We are a collaborative, positive team grounded in our Core Values: Abundance, Candor, Ownership, Resilience, and Joy. These values are at the heart of everything we do. We believe progress is built on clarity, trust, and consistently doing the small things well. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping that spirit alive.

Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed Project Coordinator to join our Operations team and manage the moving pieces behind our Sample Book program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to speak up, solve problems, and drive outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll help orchestrate repeatable, cross-functional projects from start to finish; delivering high-impact outcomes, on time and on budget.

If you have 2–4 years of experience coordinating operational or creative projects, strong communication skills, and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full production timeline for sample books — from kickoff to delivery
  • Coordinate tasks across internal teams (marketing, purchasing, fulfillment) and external vendors
  • Track milestones, update stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed
  • Troubleshoot roadblocks before they become issues
  • Maintain budgets, status reports, and timelines
  • Help evaluate production quality and improve systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years in project coordination or operations (experience with physical product production is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and unafraid to take initiative

Why Join Us:

  • Exciting projects and collaborative work environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
