The Role

Are you passionate about wine and love helping others find the perfect bottle? Do you enjoy working in a vibrant retail environment where customer service and product knowledge come together? If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Wine Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our in-store wine experience—helping customers explore our carefully curated selection, sharing tasting notes, and delivering exceptional service from first pour to checkout.

 Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

· Offer wine recommendations based on customer preferences and food pairings

· Maintain knowledge of current inventory and seasonal promotions

· Restock shelves and ensure store displays are organized and attractive

· Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges

· Support with deliveries, inventory counts, and general store upkeep

· Adhere to all alcohol handling and sales regulations

Qualifications:

· Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred, especially in wine or spirits

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

 What We Offer
• The expected compensation for this role is $18–22 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
• Location: This role is based at our Brooklyn location — 3 Flushing Ave, Suite 120, Brooklyn, NY 11205.
