We are seeking a dynamic Digital Partner to lead a key portfolio in the BFSI/LSS/MUFG vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud App Engineering, Legacy Modernization, Digital Experience, Automation and Digital Transformation. The Digital Partner will be responsible for working with our clients to identify digital transformation opportunities and develop solutions. Consultative skills with domain-led selling, Solution design mindset, Deep understanding of the Technology landscape & Emerging Technologies and Ability to work in an agile way with a complex portfolio of clients will be a big plus.

Role & Responsibilities:
•    Develop a deep understanding of current Digital book of work with 20+ Clients and new pursuits with those clients and another 15-20 prospects
•    Work very closely with account team and sales partner to front end the client engagement on Digital consulting, solutions and pitches
•    Work closely with Sales Partners and Practice Teams to develop Digital propositions in addition to Horizontal capabilities
•    Core responsibilities include working with Customers to identify digital transformation opportunities and grow the Digital business with clients in partnership with VBU Teams
•    Develop solution with practice team, defend the solution along with practice team in front of customer and work with Client partner to close the deal
•    Approach Solution Development as an Enterprise Architect 
Requirements:
•    20+ years of overall experience in IT space with 5 years of minimum relevant experience in IT business consulting.
•    Experience in design and development of enterprise grade systems with a minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud based solution development
•    Proven track record of managing and growing practise led business of at least $50MM
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills to plan and communicate program level updates to business stakeholders and sponsors.
•    Experienced to work in multi-partner scenarios with an ability to drive the discussions independently and can influence decision-making.
•    Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•    Should have managed data, analytics, and product/platform engineering program.
•    Conceptual understanding of Cloud platform and related technologies
•    In-depth knowledge of either one of the industry verticals such as Banking, Life sciences & Healthcare, Manufacturing, or energy & Utilities is required.
•    Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation tools
