The President will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company, working closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The President will manage teams across various functions and will be responsible for ensuring that the company's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Act as the head of the organization when communicating both internally and externally to the company.
- Lead the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies.
- Manage the organization’s resources with an emphasis on achieving Board of Directors (BOD) approved targets and goals.
- Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization.
- Assess and minimize risks to the company and create a plan to mitigate those risks.
- Provide company-wide leadership and create and improve client and employee intimacy.
- Serve as the company’s primary spokesperson with our employees, potential and current customers.
- Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of short, mid and long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
- Maintain a system of security controls in accordance with the requirements with the Facility Security Officer.
- Remain fully informed of the facility's classified operations.
- Retain accountability for the management and operations of the facility without delegating that accountability to a subordinate manager.
Required Educations, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized and able to manage individual schedule.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Active Top Security clearance - verified in DISS.
- US citizenship required
