Hybrid Teamwork Cloud Systems Administrator presso Kihomac

• Perform all administrative functions for Teamwork Cloud, including: user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of Teamwork Cloud
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the Teamwork Cloud tools and processes
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of Teamwork Cloud with other systems
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred  
• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e. Security+) required

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Windows System Administration 

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a Teamwork Cloud Administrator
• Experience working withing Active Directory
• Experience with Kubernetes and Containerization
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service
• Experience with performing administrative tasks and providing support for Teamwork Cloud
• Experience with DB2 database administration and management

Requirements

Security:

• Must be a US citizen
• Candidate must be in possession of a Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
• Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
• Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000
