Job Title: Scoreboard EVS Operator

Class: Part-time

Reports to: Specialist, Production & Live Events

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Summary:

This position will be responsible for event day setup and operation of EVS and XFile Server for Marquette Games, Milwaukee Bucks games and special events at Fiserv Forum. This person should have a basic to advanced knowledge of EVS and XFile Server as well as video playback, recording, editing and slow-motion controlled replays during live events. An EVS Operator must be able to work in high-pressure situations with quick and immediate turnaround.


Responsibilities:

· Set-up, maintenance and operation of EVS and XFile Server

· Control playbacks, recording, editing, slow motion replays during live events

· Edit and playback compelling replay packages

· Store and transfer files using the XFile Server

· Collaborate with the Gameday Director to better enhance the in-game entertainment experience

· Ability to take direction and perform tasks independently and efficiently

· Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff

· Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

· Must have 2 years of experience with EVS or Dreamcatcher

· Minimum 2 years of experience in an in-arena control room setting

· Understanding of Scoreboard Control Room workflows

· Strong understanding of basketball

· Ability to work on XFile Server

· Ability to work in fast paced environment

· Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills

· Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Punctual, regular and consistent attendance

· Be able to work nights, weekends and holidays based on event schedules

· Be able to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership and event managers.
