- Configure and customize Smartsheet workspaces, sheets, templates, and reports to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and implement automation, data validations, and system integrations that streamline internal processes.
- Provide day-to-day support and training to Smartsheet users, ensuring effective system adoption and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, configurations, and updates to support governance and change management.
- Monitor Smartsheet platform updates and enhancements and proactively apply new features where relevant.
- Ensure appropriate user access and data security within Smartsheet, adhering to internal compliance and governance standards.
- Partner with IT and other departments to integrate Smartsheet with external systems and tools as needed.

- Proficiency in Smartsheet, including key features like automation workflows, data forms, formulas, cell linking, conditional formatting, project plans, and data shuttle.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional workflows and streamlined user experiences.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support and train non-technical users.
- Experience working cross-functionally and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience working directly with Smartsheet systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Smartsheet certification preferred but not required.
