POSITION SUMMARY 

We’re looking for an empowered, organized, and proactive Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team and help bring marketing initiatives to life across the CEO Coaching community. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to bring key initiatives to life in support of Vistage’s CEO Coaching community. You’ll play a hands-on role in helping our Executive Coaches (known as Chairs) elevate their presence, connect with the right business leaders, and grow thriving peer advisory groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Build relationships with Vistage Coaches and serve as a strategic partner in their marketing efforts, helping them grow healthy, sustainable practices. 
  • Establish ongoing feedback channels with Vistage Coaches and internal sales teams to inform the development and distribution of marketing resources and programs. 
  • Lead production and execution of training programs designed to accelerate group growth and practice development. 
  • Partner with the Chair Marketing Team to develop engaging video tutorials and instructional content that clearly explain marketing tools and strategies. 
  • Identify growth success stories by conducting interviews, uncovering insights, and turning them into scalable assets and case studies
  • Proactively explore emerging marketing strategies and tools to bring back relevant innovations to support Chair success. 
  • Collaborate with IT to translate Vistage Coach feedback into actionable improvements to tools and systems, helping optimize marketing workflows and visibility. 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing tools, templates, and strategies are easy to access and adopt.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, business consulting, or account management 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 
  • Clear, professional communication style—comfortable engaging with executive-level audience 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, evaluate, and report on marketing campaign performance—and translate insights into strategic recommendations. 
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Zoom, and Microsoft platforms 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying solutions and improving processes 
  • Passion for leadership development, personal growth, or business strategy is a strong plus. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Background in sales, talent acquisition, or directly supporting business leaders and decision-makers. 
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to develop and present engaging professional informational workshops  
  • Experienced in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and outreach. 

 

 

TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE

$28 - $33 Hourly (salary based in San Diego, CA)

 

CONTRACT PERIOD

5-month contract estimated for October 1, 2025 – February 27, 2026
