Service Coordinator
 
Provide customer service to customers, technicians, and sales reps for all parts and service inquiries and order requests.  Monitor technician invoicing and maintain technician inventory locations using computer reports, co-ordinate rush requests with vendors.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Fields calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and performs timely follow-up and response on all service requests.
  • Enhances internal and external customer relationships with responsive, focused and timely service.
  • Assists with warranty tracking and reconciliation.
  • Assists with preparation and distribution of various service reports.
  • Interfaces with vendors for parts pricing and delivery.
  • Assists customers with parts orders.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. 
  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directions regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments
 
 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Service/Equipment environment or related field.  Experience working in purchasing / inventory control would be an asset.  Post secondary education in business field of study is required.  Computer proficiency specifically with Outlook, Word, Excel is also required.  Customer Service training would be an asset.  Must have a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations.  The successful candidate must be capable of working in a high pressure situation.
