Hybrid Adult Day Care Aide/ Outreach Support Worker presso Health Dimensions Group

Overview/Purpose of Position:
Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center has an immediate openings for a Full-time Adult Day Care Aide/ Outreach Support Worker. The Adult Day Care Aide provides safety and supervision of all participants while promoting the participants growth and development. Adult Day Care Aide/Outreach Support Worker assists with participants with activities of daily living and personal care needs per their individual program plan, encourage social integration and independence and provides services within the facility as well as in the community.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of vocational school or specialized certifications is required. At least one year of prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Must be CNA certified, CPR and first aid certified, and CBRF Medication Administration certified. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Benefits:
Starting wage for this position is $20.45 - $27.19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Shifts:
Monday – Friday (No Weekends, No Holidays)

NOTE: Certification in first aid and CPR will have to be obtained within 6 months from the start date of assigned employment.
