As a Marketing Manager at Petra Funds Group, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to elevate the Petra brand and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and subject matter experts to position Petra as a best-in-class provider of fund administration services. Your work will span a wide range of marketing disciplines — from content development and thought leadership to events, campaigns, and digital strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company goals and reinforce Petra’s brand identity and value proposition.
- Manage the creation of compelling content including website copy, articles, white papers, email campaigns, and presentations — all tailored to the private fund administration space.
- Oversee and update website content with an eye toward SEO performance and organic visibility.
- Plan and execute participation in industry conferences, sponsorships, and hosted events, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to produce thought leadership and client-facing content that reflects Petra’s voice and expertise.
- Build and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support business development and recruitment efforts.
- Track and report on marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining visual and editorial consistency across all external communications.
- 5–10 years of marketing experience within a fund administration firm or adjacent financial services environment (e.g., private equity services, fund services, investor services).
- Deep familiarity with the private markets ecosystem, including key players, industry trends, and client expectations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing programs, from content development to campaign execution.
- Strong writing and editorial skills — able to translate complex topics into accessible, high-impact content.
- Experience working with external vendors and platforms (designers, writers, web developers, SEO tools, etc.).
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution.
- Collaborative and low-ego approach — thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment where priorities shift and cross-functional teamwork is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Salary Range
At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $102,000 - $153,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
