Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence in payments? We’re looking for a detail-driven Issue & Incident Analyst to join our growing Operational Risk team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying and resolving issues across our payments ecosystem while strengthening our internal control environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor, triage, and investigate payment-related issues and incidents across internal and partner platforms
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring trends to drive timely resolutions and long-term improvements
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure resolution aligns with internal control standards
  • Maintain comprehensive incident logs and dashboards with clear documentation for audit and regulatory use
  • Support post-incident reviews, documenting corrective and preventive action plans
  • Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to strengthen issue and incident oversight
  • Assist in the design and enhancement of issue management workflows, escalation protocols, and governance routines
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal risk frameworks
  • Participate in testing and validation of system fixes and control enhancements

What You Bring
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex issues and identify root causes
  • Experience managing incidents, conducting investigations, and supporting risk mitigation efforts
  • Understanding of payment systems, operational workflows, and internal control frameworks
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Skilled at documenting and maintaining audit-ready records for incidents, controls, and remediation efforts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across operations, compliance, risk, and technology

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in payments operations, issue management, business controls, or related risk roles
  • Familiarity with incident response frameworks, escalation protocols, and payment platforms
  • Experience with control design, audit processes, or regulatory compliance preferred
