- Monitor, triage, and investigate payment-related issues and incidents across internal and partner platforms
- Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring trends to drive timely resolutions and long-term improvements
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure resolution aligns with internal control standards
- Maintain comprehensive incident logs and dashboards with clear documentation for audit and regulatory use
- Support post-incident reviews, documenting corrective and preventive action plans
- Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to strengthen issue and incident oversight
- Assist in the design and enhancement of issue management workflows, escalation protocols, and governance routines
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal risk frameworks
- Participate in testing and validation of system fixes and control enhancements

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across operations, compliance, risk, and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in payments operations, issue management, business controls, or related risk roles
- Familiarity with incident response frameworks, escalation protocols, and payment platforms
- Experience with control design, audit processes, or regulatory compliance preferred
