Collaborate cross-functionally to roll out tech-enabled systems (CRM, scheduling tools, AI integrations) that reduce administrative workload, optimize workflows, and increase retention and revenue
Develop and manage KPIs and real-time dashboards that monitor clinical quality, operational consistency, and business performance
Launch and oversee quality assurance programs, maintaining >95% satisfaction while driving down service delivery issues and operational bottlenecks
Lead workforce development and training programs that ensure regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and staff engagement
Partner with multiple internal teams to align strategy, performance, and operational execution with broader company growth goals
Drive innovation and business expansion, exploring new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and advising on go-to-market execution
Ensure laboratory operations meet all CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, and quality standards, while maintaining strong vendor and contract relationships
Play a key role in stakeholder engagement, collaborating with investors, advisors, and key industry partners to support growth and impact
What You Bring (Requirements)
7–10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business development, or strategic growth roles
Proven success scaling organizations and launching new business lines—ideally within healthcare, tech-enabled services, or start-ups
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, clinical operations, and laboratory oversight (CLIA/CAP/HIPAA preferred)
Deep experience standardizing workflows, developing SOPs, and improving operational efficiency through process redesign
Proficiency with tech platforms and digital tools—CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and automation solutions
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across clinical, product, finance, tech, legal, and other departments
A track record of implementing data-driven decision-making, workforce optimization strategies, and customer-centric quality programs
High emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and a passion for mission-driven innovation
What’s In It for You
