Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary: This position is responsible for coordinates and support the recruiting, training and Payroll business. Assists HR Director to deal with daily work relevant to HR function. Additional duties as directed by the HR Director & VP.
Job Functions:
- Provide support for Recruiting team with sourcing and recruiting process continuous improvement
- Assist the L2 Visa holder's employee and bilingual's hiring process
- Assist training team with the training process and organization
- Assist verify the paperwork for the payroll team to improve the accuracy and work efficiency
- Assist with the Chinese associates's management
- Manage the Chinese supporting team's mobile training group
- Assist with other HR function as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Director & VP
- Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time
Qualifications
- Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Human Resources in medium-large manufacturing environment. ; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Bachelor degree or above
- The employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods.
- Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software
- Team-oriented, strong ethics and values, positive attitude, conflict management
- Experience with Human Resources system in Fuyao
