Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel development and management companies in the industry, is currently searching for an Enterprise Sales Manager for the Greenwood Portfolio of hotels. The Enterprise sales manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the sales effort across multiple hotels for all assigned segments, including securing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and executing sales to maximize the profitability of the assigned portfolio of hotels while maintaining customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining rapport and developing future business with New and existing contacts
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in order to produce group and catering business
- centralized lead management
- high value prospecting
- Logging of sales activities and actions
- Conducting virtual site tours
- Maintaining customer database
- Maintaining and organizing a strong sales funnel of potential business
- Developing contracts and following up with customers
- Meet/exceed assigned goals
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hotel sales experience
- Multiple brands and Service level knowledge
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Display initiative, perseverance and analytical skills
- Effective communication
- Professional and ethical
- Excellent customer service skills
- Quick learner and hard worker
- Team player and ability to get along with others
- Available to meet guests which may include weekend
- Ability to read, write and speak English, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal)
DESIRED SOFTWARE PROFICIENCIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Internet, CITY/Delphi FDC and other sales systems
