We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. This is an entry-level human resource position responsible for hiring quality caregivers for a local senior care company. Part-time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 4pm. This is an in-office position located in Central San Antonio. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create job posts
  • Consolidate applicants from various job board sites into applicant tracking software (Previous use/knowledge of Hireology, Indeed and/or LinkedIn are a plus!)
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for quality and fit
  • Schedule interviews with top candidates
  • Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs for specific shifts, skill sets, and
    schedules
  • Conduct interviews, both virtually and in-person
  • Schedule hires for orientation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update statuses regularly
  • Check new-hire references

Experience and Skills:

  • (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
  • (Required) Previous experience interviewing job applicants 
  • (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • (Required) Strong computer skills
  • Previous experience in caregiver, hospice, and/or home health industry 
  • Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, sense of urgency, confidentiality and professionalism
