The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of our customer lounge.

Description

The Part-Time Receptionist position at Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Owasso, Oklahoma is a valuable role within our company. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression.

Schedule

  • Working on alternating weeknights from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Every Saturday, with shifts alternating between mornings and evenings

Compensation

  • $12.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer lounge by tidying up and restocking supplies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
