Dental Patient Experience Coordinator  – Full Time + Benefits!

💵 Hourly rate: Commensurate with experience

StoneCreek Dental Care is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team! If you're passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

• Schedule appointments efficiently

• Accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information

• Collect copays and deductibles at time of service

• Assist with insurance verification and claims processing

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive office environment

• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and clarity

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 year of paid Dental Front Office experience (externships not included)

• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent phone and communication etiquette

• A compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented attitude

• Commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient
