Pay Range:
$30.86 - $37.71 - Hourly – Depending on ExperienceJob is:
Schedule
35 hours per week
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage underserved populations and foster trust within the community.
Represent the school at community events, fairs, and public gatherings to promote its programs.
Build partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and other schools to generate leads and inquiries for enrollment.
Host information sessions to inform prospective students and families about the school’s offerings.
Monitor the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Maintain knowledge of the school’s mission and programs, effectively communicating their value to the community.
Travel to attend and participate in recruitment events, maintaining flexibility for evening and weekend commitments.
Collaborate with school leadership to identify barriers to enrollment and recommend solutions.
Stay informed about trends and changes in education and recruitment strategies.
Other duties as assigned.
You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in community outreach, marketing, or related field
BA/BS Degree preferred
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Public speaking and presentation skills to represent the school at events
