Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to enhance the e-commerce customer shopping experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Tootsies.com/Farfetch
- Respond promptly to customer phone calls and email correspondence; provide product information efficiently (e.g., tracking numbers, order inquiries).
- File claims for missing packages.
- Direct Farfetch customers to their customer service team.
- Work with Farfetch to create and execute product returns.
- Collect and maintain U.S. addresses for Farfetch customers.
- Mail out incorrect items delivered to the Houston location.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Tootsies and Farfetch orders for Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta stores.
- Manage Store 4 and Store 5 inventory on a weekly basis.
- Handle go-backs of returned items, scanning for missed markdowns.
- Respond promptly to company email correspondence.
- Ensure all back areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
Farfetch/Tootsies Order Fulfillment (provide backup as needed)
- Proactively monitor and print online order requests for fulfillment throughout the shift.
- Collect merchandise throughout the store and accurately match items to orders with speed and accuracy.
- For Farfetch orders: Once stock is located, transfer merchandise, ensure accurate processing in Runit/STORM, remove store security sensors, attach security tags, and print shipping documents.
- For Tootsies e-commerce orders: Once stock is located, ensure accurate processing in Sqquid, remove store security sensors, attach security tags, and print shipping documents.
- Print shipping labels for e-commerce orders utilizing Sqquid.
- Verify that all outgoing merchandise is in excellent condition and includes complete brand packaging and presentation.
- Prepare and assemble containers for item shipment.

Return To Vendor (RTV) Process
- Maintain the RTV log.
- Follow up with stores to confirm that all requested merchandise is transferred.
- Print the RTV report and confirm all merchandise is in Store 9 and in the RTV room; transfer items if necessary.
- Organize, count, and remove tags from all RTV items.
- Inform buyers of any missing merchandise that stores could not locate.
- Bring tags and paperwork to Inventory Control for processing.
- Pack and ship all merchandise to the vendor.
- Send buyers the tracking information.
- Send the buyers a weekly status update.
Qualifications:
- Retail experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
- Friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities.
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
Education:
- High School education or equivalent.
