R.O. Boat Dock CSR
Department: Boat Dock Office: Sapphire Valley Master AssociationLocation: Sapphire, NC
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a customer service-oriented R.O. Boat Dock Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to customers visiting the boat dock, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of boating safety regulations is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers as they arrive at the boat dock and assist with their needs
- Provide information about available services and amenities
- Assist customers with renting equipment and gear as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all customers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
**Additional Requirements:**
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays
- Willingness to undergo boating safety training, if not already certified
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
