Our team is looking for a full-time employee in Equipment Sales for our store in Minot, ND. IN THE ROLE OF EQUIPMENT SALES

In Equipment Sales, your role combines sales with a commitment to outstanding customer support in a welcoming and approachable manner. You’ll play a pivotal role in assisting clients with industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment offerings, catering to both our new and loyal customers. By adopting a consultative approach, you’ll actively seek new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring our solutions align seamlessly with their specific needs. Your dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience will be evident as you leverage your expertise in Acme Tools’ product range, service offerings, and ongoing programs to identify opportunities and craft personalized recommendations. You’ll conduct informative product demonstrations, but your commitment doesn’t stop at the sale; you’ll guide customers through product start-up procedures and follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction, addressing any potential concerns along the way. You handle administrative responsibilities such as incoming calls and internet leads, entering and updating sales orders, obtaining shipping quotes, registering products for warranty, financing for new and used equipment, and arranging service work when needed. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority, and you follow up after sales, resolving any issues to maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, as an Equipment Sales team member, you’ll actively participate in various store events and complete various administrative duties, such as organizing payments and managing office supplies, all while prioritizing safety measures as you efficiently complete assigned tasks. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Strong computer skills and the ability learn new software
  • The ability to work a rotating Saturday shift

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand on a hard surface for extended periods of time
  • Look at a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
