JOB TITLE: Solutions Architect
LOCATION: Plano, TX
DUTIES: Communicate with customer and internal team to gather requirements for new Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and business-to-business (B2B) Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects. Design and implement EDI solutions. Evaluate new products and tools, work on proof of concept and provide recommendation to the IT leadership. Participate in design discussions for high-level architecture of new integrations. Develop new EDI and Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce, and Transport (EDIFACT) maps and maintain existing EDI and EDIFACT maps. Onboard and maintain new and existing Applicability Statement 2 (AS2) customers in Cleo Lexicom. Work with network communication protocols, including AS2, Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP/SFTP), Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTP/HTTPS), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Secure Shell (SSH), and Transport Layer Security (TLS). Utilize EDI standards and transactions, including EDIFACT, as well as Power-shell and Unix shell scripting. Perform end to end testing and handle production deployments. Perform production monitoring, troubleshooting and handle enhancements requests. Work with Oracle Rl2 e-Commerce Gateway and Order to Cash flow. Use technologies, including SOA, ESB, APIs, SOAP, RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, Windows and Unix operating systems, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Computer Systems Architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years of experience with the following: solution architecture and development in EAI and B2B integrations, and working with EDI, EDIFACT, and RosettaNet standards, including designing and implementing EDI solutions; network communication protocols, including Applicability Statement 2 (AS2), Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP/SFTP), Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTP/HTTPS), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Secure Shell (SSH), and Transport Layer Security (TLS); configuring and installing AS2 and TLS certificates and troubleshooting connectivity issues between different applications and systems; and using SOA, ESB, APIs, SOAP, RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, Windows and Unix operating systems, Power-shell, Unix Shell scripting, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
