đŻAbout the Role
Account Directors are trusted to drive high-impact growth by selling our full intelligent contracting platform across a mix of strategic accounts and new logos, focusing on Europeâs top financial institutions. Youâll be responsible for increasing recurring revenue within global financial institutions by:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
â Crafting a strong point of view, leveraging cross-functional expertise to align    Arteriaâs solutions with pressing business challenges
â Generating qualified pipeline through value-driven storytelling that resonates with banking leaders
â Accurately forecasting deal size and timelines
â Building business cases grounded in measurable ROI from Arteria's platform
â Handling objections with confidence while moving deals forward
â Navigating and influencing C-level priorities, connecting enterprise initiatives back to our value proposition
â Orchestrating complex deal cycles across internal and external stakeholders
â Closing $1M+ deals within large banks, backed by a deep understanding of how they operate
â Maintaining a sharp, evolving territory plan and account strategy
đŞYour Qualifications
Youâre a strong fit if youâve consistently delivered results in high-stake enterprise sales environments for at least 5 years and know how to drive value from first pitch to closed deal. In addition, you have the following experience:
âď¸Managed a portfolio of 5â10 accounts across a mix of existing clients and strategic prospects
âď¸Have a proven track record of exceeding quotaâ$2M+ in new recurring revenue year over year
âď¸Have deep experience selling into the C-Suite at major financial institutions (bonus points for Capital Markets exposure)
âď¸Skilled at building compelling ROI-driven business cases tailored to the needs of financial services clients
âď¸Adept at crafting complex, high-value sales proposals that resonate with multiple stakeholders
âď¸Comfortable leading cross-functional deal teamsâincluding solution engineers, product specialists, customer success, and training leads
