MAIN MISSION

To grow revenue and market share by developing B2B and institutional client portfolios, selling technical products and materials for the construction and specialized distribution sectors, as well as direct buyers (public or private clients).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with:

    • Construction companies, real estate developers, public/private institutions (hospitals, schools, government bodies)

    • Specialized retailers (flooring shops, DIY/pro hardware distributors)

    • Specifiers such as architects, interior designers, and consultants

  • Define and execute a commercial development strategy, especially for health, education, and real estate sectors

2. Sales & Negotiation

  • Develop tailored and competitive commercial proposals

  • Manage sales negotiations through to contract signing

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure client satisfaction and after-sales service

  • Act as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycles

4. Market Monitoring & Intelligence

  • Track market trends, pricing, competition, and innovations

  • Represent the company in professional events (trade shows, construction forums, networking)

5. Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Regularly update the CRM and provide pipeline and activity reports to management

  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, and marketing teams

Qualifications:
  • Profile 1: 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales of technical products, ideally in construction, building materials, or professional equipment

  • Profile 2: 10 to 20 years of experience with a well-established network of contacts, especially within the construction ecosystem and public sector (health, education, institutional projects)

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals

  • Autonomous, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Technical aptitude or ability to quickly learn product features

  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools

  • Client-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Languages:

  • Fluent in French (mandatory)

  • Proficient in English is a plus
