Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Nigeria Area Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
- Rensponsible for In Market sales
- People Management: Manage and lead the representatives on the ground for demand generation
- Distribution Management: Act as EVA's representative in front of the distributor
- Expand the business by penetrating new accounts
- Setting and conducting plans for clinical meetings and conferences participation with guidance from country manager and marketing lead
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding and experience with business sources across all 37 states of Nigeria
- Willingness to travel across various states within Nigeria
- experienced in resources allocations for better return on investment
- Experience in diabetes and endocrinology is a plus
