We’re looking for a self-sufficient, highly capable IT Support Specialist with deep Apple Mac expertise to join our Barcelona office. This person will run point on all local IT needs—supporting our team, managing inventory, leading projects, and elevating the employee tech experience.
What you will do :
Deliver high-level support for Apple Mac devices and related hardware
Troubleshoot login, network, and VoIP issues
Maintain and repair office tech equipment—or manage replacements as needed
Own the technical side of employee onboarding and offboarding
Set up new hires with devices and access; image and ship Macs
Deactivate accounts and coordinate hardware returns for departing team members
Track, manage, and maintain all local IT equipment
Ensure devices are available, functional, and up to date
Lead and execute IT projects that improve processes and infrastructure
Support global initiatives in partnership with the broader IT team
Mentor junior team members and run the IT segment of our HR orientation
Test new tools and stay current on IT security practices
Perform regular maintenance and keep documentation up to date
