What You Will Build (Not Just Do)
Bridge Leadership: Learn executive-level thinking while mentoring junior team members
Process Architecture: Design and implement systematic approaches to complex operational challenges across our global operations
Innovation Labs: Lead pilot projects in AI-enabled process automation – fail fast, learn faster, scale what works
Global Impact: Coordinate with teams across continents, bringing Argentine innovation to our worldwide operations
Team Foundation: Help recruit, train, and develop junior talent, building the future leaders of Allata
Your Learning Journey Includes
Direct mentorship from C-suite executives and global VPs
Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, CMMI, and other international certifications
Exposure to AI transformation projects across multiple industries
Leadership training and project management certification opportunities
Clear path to management roles within 18-24 months
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Thinks in Systems: You see patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities where others see "just how things are done"
Communicates Brilliantly: Fluent English and Spanish, with the ability to translate complex ideas into action
Learns Voraciously: You have already proven you can master new domains quickly (show us how!)
Leads Naturally: Even without the title, people look to you for direction and clarity
Delivers Results: You have a track record of completing projects that made a real difference
Embraces tech: You are curious about tech’s potential to improve our lives and leverage tools to avoid excesive manual work
Preferred Background (but we value potential over pedigree)
Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience in consulting, operations, or process improvement (even internships count)
Basic understanding of quality management systems
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Any experience with data analysis or automation is a huge plus (mastery of excel is a must, other tools like PowerBI are welcome)
