What You Will Build (Not Just Do)
  • Bridge Leadership: Learn executive-level thinking while mentoring junior team members
  • Process Architecture: Design and implement systematic approaches to complex operational challenges across our global operations
  • Innovation Labs: Lead pilot projects in AI-enabled process automation – fail fast, learn faster, scale what works
  • Global Impact: Coordinate with teams across continents, bringing Argentine innovation to our worldwide operations
  • Team Foundation: Help recruit, train, and develop junior talent, building the future leaders of Allata

  • Thinks in Systems: You see patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities where others see "just how things are done"

  • Embraces tech: You are curious about tech’s potential to improve our lives and leverage tools to avoid excesive manual work


    • Preferred Background (but we value potential over pedigree)
  • Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in consulting, operations, or process improvement (even internships count)
  • Basic understanding of quality management systems
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Any experience with data analysis or automation is a huge plus (mastery of excel is a must, other tools like PowerBI are welcome)
