Traiter les demandes de quittance dans plusieurs provinces au moyen de diverses plateformes Web et plateformes de FCT conformément aux niveaux de service établis. Process request for Discharges in multiple Provinces using various FCT and web-based platforms within the established SLA. Review, interpret and analyze title and ensure Discharge is completely correctly and registered as per Provincial Requirements. Respond to communications via multiple mediums in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and aligned with FCT’s values and our Customer Centricity model.

Résoudre des problèmes de fichiers ou de service à la clientèle, tout en respectant les politiques de gestion des risques et en transmettant les renseignements au gestionnaire ou à l’équipe Souscription, au besoin.
Produire les rapports internes dans les délais établis.
Participer à la conception, à la mise en œuvre et à la prestation de la formation.
Être responsable de se tenir au courant de toutes les politiques et procédures d’entreprise et de prêteurs, et de les appliquer, s’il y a lieu.
VOS COMPÉTENCES:
De trois à cinq ans d’expérience pertinente dans un poste de technicien·ne juridique ou dans le domaine de l’immobilier ou des prêts hypothécaires.
Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication, l’organisation et la gestion du temps.
Minutie et capacité démontrée à mener plusieurs tâches de front dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
Esprit d’équipe et capacité de travailler avec peu de supervision
Solides aptitudes en service à la clientèle et accent sur l’établissement de relations

As a Discharge Specialist
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Carry out the administration of department programs and services, including analysis of documentation, document preparation, document registration and response to customer inquiries within established timeframes.
Read and understand search of title from multiple provinces
Resolution of file deficiencies or customer service issues while adhering to risk management policies and elevating to the Manager or Underwriting where required
Action internal reporting within established deadlines
Participate in the design, implementation and delivery of training.
Accountable to maintain current knowledge on all corporate and lender policies and procedures and apply as applicable.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Law Clerk, Real Estate or Mortgage experience is required (3-5 Years Related Experience)
Excellent communication, organization and time management skill
Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who can work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
