We are seeking a Principal Product Manager – Data Platform to define and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of GoodLeap’s enterprise data platform. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for enabling secure, scalable, and self-service data infrastructure that empowers teams across engineering, analytics, operations, and business units.
You will play a critical role in driving GoodLeap’s evolution into a truly data-driven organization. This includes building trust in data through governance and cataloging, enabling compliant data sharing in regulated environments, and promoting modern platform capabilities that unlock value for both internal teams and customers. You’ll partner deeply with cross-functional leaders across all departments of the organization.
If you have a deep understanding of modern data architectures and platforms (without needing to be an engineer), a passion for scalable product thinking, and a strong track record of hands-on product execution, this is the opportunity to help shape the foundation of data at GoodLeap.
