We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Ostrava. If you have a passion for ensuring fair and competitive compensation packages while maintaining a positive work environment, we’d love to have you onboard! As a member of our team, you will play an integral role in managing our benefits and compensation programs, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our employees.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Administering the organization’s benefits programs

  • Researching and analyzing compensation and benefits policies and plans to ensure they are current, competitive, and legal

  • Conducting job evaluations to categorize and grade positions for appropriate compensation

  • Supporting payroll process and local HR team

  • Managing and resolving compensation and benefits-related issues and questions

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards

  • Conducting and analyzing market and trends surveys to benchmark the organization’s benefits and compensation packages

  • Prepare excel data related to compensation and relevant analysis based on request

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in HR, compensation, and benefits management.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel and data management.

  • A good understanding of local and international compensation laws and practices.

  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

  • A passion for creating a positive, fair, and rewarding employee experience.

  • You are fluent in English and Czech.
